My trainer Rahman, who is currently guiding me in workout and transformation is really professional, thorough, diligent and amazing. He has been thoughtfully and patiently guiding me out not just with form and types of various workouts, but also nutrition, and overall well being in terms of body and health. He helped me with simplifying a lot of complex workout patterns, and I have been greatly benefitting with the results achieved so far.
